4 Bdrm Dog FUR-endly Territory Retreat l A&D Rise Getaways

Had a wonderful friends' weekend here. The house is big and beautiful, and the location was blissfully quiet. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped, with lots of appliances, including two coffeemakers (drip and Keurig)! We especially loved and enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch in the early morning and in the evening. House was very clean and communication with the host throughout the trip was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect stay for a long wedding weekend in Galena. There were 7 of us and everyone was comfortable with room to spare. The property even has a fenced backyard and crate and water bowl for our canine companion who traveled with us. Labels were placed throughout the house which made finding items much simpler, especially in the kitchen. The front screen door handle was broken making entry a bit challenging, but that's a small area for improvement amongst a very nice property. Communication with the hosts was pleasant and timely. I look forward to staying here again if ever in the area with a larger group again.

Amazing! Hosts were so kind and it was a beautiful spot! Positive: Such a beautiful property! Negative: Sheets were not changed in either of the basement bedrooms, but we were able to just wash them ourselves with the available washer and dryer!

There was some dried dog poop on the 3 season porch that my sister stepped in. We grew up on a farm with many animals so it didn’t bother us too much.

Clean, Peaceful and Private. Very pup-friendly with gates and a crate and fenced area. Especially loved having a screened-in porch.
