Galena's Little White Church l LUXE l A&D Rise Getaways

This was an absolutely great find and wonderful place to get away for a few days. It was extremely close to Galena, IL, which was the main target to be out. This place located in a peaceful countryside location, very spacious, and peaceful, neat setting. It's also pet friendly, and our dog loved it! Very clean and nice, and definitely recommended to others and will return here in the future if we decide to return to Galena, IL and it's available.

What a lovely venue!!! We stayed over the weekend, as our son was getting married at Oak Hill Farms in Galena. The spot was perfect for my family to sleep comfortably and then to host a small group for the rehearsal dinner. You will love this unique little spot!

Can’t wait to come back to this beautiful place! The check-in process was a breeze, and ringing the church bell was such a fun bonus. The decoration and layout were absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen had pots and pans, but a sharp knife and a water pitcher would have been nice additions. Just a heads-up—there were quite a few flies, so we made good use of the fly swatter.

Rest end relaxation

My husband, son and I had a great time staying at the Little White Church outside of Galena! It was exactly the kind of quiet getaway we were hoping for. The church has been remodeled nicely and it was really comfortable and peaceful all weekend. Galena is such a cute town and really close by, so it was easy to get anything we needed and enjoy the 4th of July festivities. The hosts were really responsive to our questions we were on our way. We hope to come again in the future!
