Peaceful Creekwood Escape | 12PM Checkin

We had a wonderful time at the townhome. The biggest perk was the early check in. That made our trip so wonderful, since we are people that like to hit the road early. The town home was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion I would add, is having black out curtains or shades in the bedrooms. Other than that, we will definitely be returning. It was a GREAT trip! Thank you!

Cozy cottage if perfect for a getaway weekend. Positive: It was very clean. Looked newly remodeled. Stylish without a lot of clutter. They thought of everything in making a great time. Location was good, close to the entrance. I’d recommend it. Negative: The walkway was a bit difficult to navigate in the dark. Perhaps the association could install outside spot lights to brighten up the walkways and make it easier for those coming in late at night.

Peaceful townhome with amenities just steps away from nature and a quick drive to Galena Positive: This townhouse was part of a resort-like property, so there were lots of great amenities that kept us entertained. The Owners Club has multiple family friendly pools including an indoor pool and a game room. There are several hiking trails that are exclusive to members which was nice. I recommend visiting the Thunder Bay Falls. The back porch overlooked some trees. We spend a couple hours with our binoculars in the morning bird watching, which was lovely. The property itself is a pretty short drive to downtown Galena and about 20-40 min from Apple River Canyon and the Mississippi Palasades. The townhome was extremely clean and well maintained. They had coffee stocked which was nice. Overall would come back! Negative: N/A
