My parents, husband, and I had a wonderful stay. Communication was promptly answered, the townhouse was immaculate, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The location was perfect for our needs and allowed us to easily see local attractions. Thank you.

We didn't go to the pool but gave it three stars as it wouldn't allow me to click past so that I could proceed with the review. This is a quiet, peaceful area surrounded by beautiful golf courses around the properties. There is also a club house steps away via the walking path, located just past the trees that border the property. The residence is tastefully decorated, very clean, beds are comfy, and the kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything that you might need. The only things that I would add would be a larger coffee pot (only five cups) and ceiling fans in the bedrooms or some type of tower fan option for circulation (which may have been provided but we didn't think to ask for one). This wouldn not be great for those who can't do steps as the parking is close, yet at a rather steep elevation with steps down to the residences then a split foyer upon entry.We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit.

As with all the other properties managed/owned by A&D Rise, everything was phenomenal! Clean, exceptional amenities and decor. Communication is always on point and almost everything you could think of is already mapped out.Great job once again Danielle
