We had a very nice time. The place is in a great location plus, it is nice and quiet. It was fun to listen to the golfers go by as we sat on the deck and we used the gas grill. The beds could probably use new mattresses, they were a little uncomfortable. The refrigerator had stuff in it, like coffee. We found a stick of butter in the cabinet when I went to get a plate. It was a little musty smelling, like the place hadn’t been used in awhile when we first arrived but it was clean. Overall, we had fun shopping, visiting with friends, playing cards and using the deck. Our host was extremely easy to work with which made the process so smooth. We would probably rent this unit again, if it had new mattresses.

Beautiful townhouse.
The townhouse was very clean and well-appointed. Nice towels, added touches like face tissue and beach towels. Would rent again.

Clean,quiet. Lots to do in town, never had time to utilize owner's club.
