Great experience! Close to town, clean, and cozy! Will book again.

This was a comfortable, quiet, easy place to be. Positive: Appreciated the care taken in the property's decorating choices, ease of access, responsiveness of owners, and overall operational protocols. Also liked the information notebook in the room. Negative: Did not like polyester towels and sheets. Wished the lamps were a bit brighter because the wallpaper sucked up so much light. Bathroom doorknob is in danger of falling off. Needs repair, please.

Comfy stepping back in time with modetn convenience Positive: Location was easy walk to Main Street. Convenient parking and a cozy feel. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Negative: Husband wished shower was a little hotter.

We really enjoyed our stay in Galena! We love old, historic homes and love finding places like Briarstone to experience the “history”!! You have a neat and tidy place that is also clean. Bed was very comfortable and shower was nice. The only thing we would have wished was better was the heat. We did get a bit cold during the night and we realize it was very cold outside. There was a message on your downstairs thermostat that I will share with you via email. We will plan to visit Galena again soon to go skiing!
